College Roadtrip
aka: Really long time to be with your parents in a car
Back in June 2003, I was looking at 3 colleges to attend. They were Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, and University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. As you may know from seeing the references I've made on this site, I made my home at Miami. We started from Winfield, IL, and went east to Rutgers, then all the way south to Miami via the Atlantic Coast-- not I-95-- and up to Gainesville before returning home. The above picture is from US 13 Southbound while it is part of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel in Virginia. This is roughly the halfway point of our trip.
